The organization's operation is guided by a constitution adopted by the Management Board. WIDO has a five-member management board, including three women. The Board functions in an advisory capacity, formulating polices and oversees all the activities of the organization. The Board members are professionals and experts in a wide range of fields that dovetail into the operations of the organization.
Below the Management Board is the Program Co-ordinator. The Program Coordinator co-ordinates the activities of the organization with responsibilities for administrative and technical support. The co-ordinator specifically helps in the drawing of work plans, monitors and evaluates operational performance and reports on the progress of the organizational activities. The Program Co-ordinator is presently supported by nine professional and administrative staff to ensure the efficient operations of the organization.
